Fantastic Stay!

helpful staff late checkout safe garden

The staff was helpful. Patricia answered all questions. Staff gave great tips for sightseeing. Our flight was in the evening. We were grateful to use all the facilities after a late check out. The hotel has a large garden with a playground. It safe area. The hotel is close to two hotel beaches. Sunbeds are always available.

I noticed the pool deck was quite dirty. I understand the concept but the resort model is not for us. It felt too crowded.

The swimming pool has clear water and sufficient sunbeds. The garden features many plants with bright floral displays. There is also a dedicated kids playground area.

The staff seemed friendly and accommodating. Guest services helped with boat tours. The restaurant staff was very cute (this made meal times enjoyable).

Fantastic stay

easy access attentive staff quality products

The hotel location provided easy access to nearby attractions (i visited the Maddalena archipelago). Staff members, especially Francesca, were attentive and very helpful with directions. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. Quality products are abundant at breakfast.

The gym equipment is somewhat dated. Some machines showed wear and tear.

The reception staff offered swift check-in, also providing useful information regarding local attractions. Guest services promptly arranged a boat tour (i really enjoyed the trip). I really appreciated the positive and helpful attitude of every employee.

The hotel is situated near the coast, a huge plus. Proximity to the little port allowed me to enjoy beautiful views daily (this was amazing). The central location facilitated easy exploration of the surrounding area.
